When subscribing, customers select an automatic delivery and billing interval of every 1, 2 or 3 months. By choosing the subscription option at checkout, customers authorise recurring charges for their selected bundle at the disclosed price and frequency until the subscription is cancelled.
Subscription renewal payments and orders are processed automatically. Once a renewal payment has been collected, the order may immediately enter our fulfilment system. Because of this automated process, we cannot guarantee cancellation, modification or recall of an order after its payment has been processed.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before their next scheduled billing date to stop future payments and deliveries. Cancellation after a renewal payment has been processed applies to future renewals and does not automatically cancel or refund the order already generated.
